Biography
Barb Lee is a retired harness maker. Her deep interest in creating a horse-friendly "work environment" for carriage driving horses eventually led to the publication of a small book, "Understanding Harness" and a reputation in the carriage driving community for doggedly pursuing solutions to prickly problems. In the face of tragic livestock losses and metabolic problems with her two beloved Morgan horses, she's turned her determination toward uncovering some of the underlying causes of the epidemic of Equine Metabolic Syndrome that is sweeping the equestrian world. Barb's focus is pinpoint, as usual and does not assume to find all the answers. But the pinpoint focus, animal health through soil fertility, has the potential to have its fair share of impact.
